Coaching 10 Clients Felt Like 30… Until I Did This!

In coaching, the challenge isn’t just building workouts, it’s building systems.

Anyone can throw together a session. But doing it efficiently, consistently, and professionally across multiple clients, each with different goals, needs, and constraints, is where true coaching begins.

As your client base grows, so does the pressure to deliver high-quality work in less time. And that’s where many coaches hit a wall, rewriting similar plans from scratch, repeating instructions, trying to remember what a client did last week.

That’s not scalable. That’s burnout waiting to happen.

That’s when ErakulisPro changed everything for me.

Tool #1: Smart Templates & Programming Reuse

The biggest upgrade in my workflow was realizing that I didn’t need to start from scratch every week.

Inside ErakulisPro, I’ve created my own library of templates, including:

    • Strength training bases

    • Core challenges

    • Mobility & Stretch routines

    • Post-injury blocks

    • Conditioning circuits

Each time I build a new workout, even if it is personalized for a specific cliente, I tag it, name it, and save it. Nothing is lost. No more PDFs sitting in cloud folders, no more screenshots in chats, no more duplicated effort.

When a new client comes in with similar goals, I don’t reinvent the wheel — I duplicate, adjust, and re-personalize.
The logic stays. The structure stays.

And my creative energy goes where it matters: coaching and adapting, not copying and pasting.

Tool #2: Tracking Client Progress With Clarity

Ever found yourself asking:

    • “Was it 3 rounds or 4 last time?”

    • “Did we increase weight already?”

    • “What did I assign for recovery last week?”

Now I track everything directly on the platform. Each session my client completes becomes data — and that data becomes action.

That allows me to:

    • Progress with intention

    • Monitor consistency over time

    • Spot fatigue, stagnation or injury risk

    • Build on what’s already working

And it works both ways: clients also see what they did, what’s next, and how their plan is evolving, increasing engagement and accountability.

When clients train remotely or asynchronously, I use the in-app chat to keep all training-related communication centralized, with feedback organized by session and date. It saves hours of WhatsApp scrolling, sometimes losing focus because of mixed conversations and brings full visibility to our work.

Tool #3: The Exercise Library that Saves Hours

Before ErakulisPro, I used to spend hours scrolling through YouTube, searching exercise names in 3 different languages, or trying to find that “perfect video” I saved weeks ago.

With the ErakulisPro Exercise Library, that’s over.

Each movement is categorized by:

    • Type (Strength, Mobility, Cardio, etc.)

    • Pattern (Push, Pull, Rotation, etc.)

    • Equipment (TRX, Kettlebell, Cable…)

    • Contraction, Position, Support, Body Area, Movement Plane…

So instead of wasting mental energy wondering “What can I use here?”, I filter:

“Unilateral + Lower Body + Sagittal + Bodyweight + Mobility”
and I instantly see curated options, often better ones than I had in mind.

This has helped me save hours of decision fatigue, especially when building plans at home after long days of in-person coaching.

From Workouts to Scalable Programming

When all these tools work together, templates, tracking, smart libraries, something amazing happens:

    • You stop repeating yourself

    • You stop reinventing the wheel

    • You start delivering faster, clearer, more professional work

    • You scale your business without compromising your craft

At Erakulis, we don’t believe systems make coaching robotic, they make it sustainable.
They give you back time, energy, and confidence.

If you’re looking to coach more professionally, track more accurately, and evolve your service without doubling your hours — structure is not optional.
It’s the foundation.

And with the right tools, it’s easier than ever.
