As I explained, Pilates is a progressive system that evolves from simpler to more complex exercises, integrating movement patterns gradually as your body learns to apply the core principles of Pilates.
Suppose you’re thinking about trying equipment-based Pilates or joining a larger group mat class. In that case, you can use Erakulis as a smart way to get comfortable with the system, the exercises, and the underlying principles first.
I personally designed all the Erakulis Pilates programs to be integrated with other types of training. You can use Pilates as a complement, just 2 times a week, to support your main strength or mobility routine.
Each session is available in two formats:
- 15-minute versions for quick, focused practice
- 30-minute versions with a longer Pre-Pilates section, helping your body prepare for the main work ahead
The programs are built progressively, respecting the original Pilates methodology — especially when it comes to how and when new exercises are introduced into the mat routine.

The structure of the programs is organized into three levels:
- Pilates Introduction
A preparatory phase focused on regressions of the basic Pilates exercises.
Designed to help both body and mind connect with the foundational Pilates principles:
Concentration // Centralization (core control) // Precision // Breath
This level builds awareness, control, and readiness for more complex movements.
- Pilates Basic
This program introduces the classic MAT Pilates Basic Sequence – a foundational routine consisting of 7 key exercises.
Through repetition and progression, users become familiar with the sequence while actively applying the 6 Pilates principles in each movement.
- Pilates Intermediate
This phase introduces the first intermediate-level MAT Pilates exercises, starting with regressions and gradually evolving to the full versions.
Sessions are designed to be repeated, allowing users to master the movements and fully integrate them with the core principles of Pilates.
Ideal for users ready to expand their movement vocabulary while maintaining control and flow.
Mastering these programs not only delivers the full benefits of the Pilates system, but also builds a strong foundation for users who are eager to try Equipment-based Pilates – especially in group settings where individual instruction is limited.
